The Chamblay Canal in Quebec is very narrow as it passes the rapids of the headwaters of the Richelieu River.  They have an extensive bike path along the canal visited by more than 300,000 users per year.  So, what’s the point of this story.  Well, the point is the narrow canal has a restricted speed limit and Freedom is a slow boat at best.  We got smoked by this fellow on the scooter.  Notice the “ear to ear” grin.  He was digging it.
