Meet Andre.  He’s French Canadian living in Trois Rivieres, Quebec and the nicest man you can imagine.  He’s a spry looking 71 year old, living on a 30 foot sailboat.  He says he enjoys being retired. “I like not to to work.”  His girlfriend has her own place and comes down to the boat on weekends.  He sits on the back of the boat with his legs up, drinking wine with some cheese.  He tells me,  “I am living in Paradise”.
